Base Rate: $26.77/hr
Sign On Bonus: $1,000
JR Enterprise is hiring dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support Veterans at the Menlo Park VA campus. This is a meaningful patient care opportunity focused on stability, quality, and long-term service to those who served our country.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands On care to residents with diverse medical needs
- Assist with ADLs: bathing, grooming, oral care, feeding, mobility
- Perform vital sign checks and document care accurately
- Support therapeutic and treatment activities
- Maintain a clean, safe environment including light housekeeping
- Engage respectfully and compassionately with Veteran residents
- Communicate patient changes promptly to supervising nurses
Required Qualifications
- Active California CNA License
- AHA BLS or ACLS certification
- 2+ years CNA experience preferred
- Ability to pass federal background clearance
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
