About Opportunity

JR Enterprise, in partnership with the VA Healthcare System, is seeking a Project Analyst to oversee operations, scheduling, documentation, and reporting for the Mobile Dental Clinic Pilot Program.

Key Responsibilities

· Compile, prepare, and review reports, summaries, and correspondence

· Coordinate mobile clinic operations, staff training, and stakeholder meetings

· Assist in quality control, process improvement, and performance tracking

· Facilitate communication across dental staff, VA leadership, and external partners

· Support mandated VA reporting requirements, including congressional reporting

Qualifications Required:

· Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS)

· At least 3 years of overall professional experience, preferably in medical or federal contracting

· Strong experience in scheduling, reporting, stakeholder communication, and project management

· Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)

· CPR/BLS certification not required

· Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to operate a mobile dental clinic vehicle (if site visits required)
