Facility: Lebanon VA Medical Center
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (On-site)
On-Call: 1 weeknight every 2 weeks & 1 weekend every 2 months
Duration: Full-Time / Long-Term
Pay Rate: $235/hr (Negotiable)
Position Summary
JR Enterprise is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist to join our network at the Lebanon VA Medical Center in Lebanon, PA. In this role, you will deliver integrated care and comprehensive mental health services to veterans within a prestigious, collaborative medical setting dedicated to high-quality healthcare.
Key Responsibilities

Provide a full range of psychiatric care, treating and managing general and specialized mental health needs in the veteran population (including PTSD, mood, schizophrenic, addictive, dementia, and co-morbid medical/neurological disorders).

Deliver inpatient psychiatric services on a 22-bed unit.

Complete all medical center documentation efficiently within the electronic health record system.

Maintain knowledge of reusable medical equipment (RME) instruments, devices, and supplies in the clinical area, following all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Follow up on psychiatric issues and perform other clinical duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.

Active, unrestricted U.S. state medical license.

Valid, current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-based treatment model.

Flexibility in providing evaluations, treatments, and clinical consultations.

Clear background check with no history of professional misconduct (National Practitioner Data Bank, Child Abuse, and Criminal History clearances required; any infractions subject to BH Director review).
