About Opportunity

JR Enterprise, in partnership with the VA Healthcare System, is seeking Dental Assistants to support dentists and hygienists in providing high-quality dental care to Veterans through a mobile dental clinic.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist dentists and hygienists during procedures

· Prepare patients, instruments, and equipment

· Operate dental x-ray equipment and evaluate images

· Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-procedure care

· Assist with mobile clinic setup, breakdown, and transport

· Maintain infection control, sterilization, and biohazard safety

· Document care in VA EHR systems and assist in reporting

Qualifications Required:

· Current, unrestricted dental assistant registration in Vermont

· Minimum one (1) year of creditable experience as a full-time dental assistant; VA experience preferred

· Radiologic competence certification (must complete within one month of onboarding if not already certified)

· CPR/BLS certification

· Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to operate a mobile dental clinic (commercial license not required)
