We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to serve as a Center Mental Health Consultant (CMHC) supporting young adults (ages 16–24) in a mission?driven campus environment.
Schedule: 21–42.2 hours per week (set in advance) Setting: On?site, collaborative, student?focused
Role Highlights:
· Mental health assessments and screenings
· Short?term, solution?focused counseling
· Crisis response and risk assessment during scheduled hours
· Collaboration with medical, counseling, and residential staff
· Admissions and case review support
· Referral coordination with community providers
· Mental health education and prevention activities
· This role emphasizes stabilization, guidance, and referral—not long?term therapy.
Requirements:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Active, unrestricted Hawaii license
Minimum 1 year post?licensure clinical experience
Experience working with adolescents or young adults
Local, on?site availability required.
