Position Summary
JR Enterprise (JRE), in partnership with the VA Healthcare System in Lebanon, PA, is seeking dedicated Urologists with Robotic Surgery experience to provide high-quality care to our nation’s Veterans. Schedule & Coverage

• Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Operating Room: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Saturday Coverage: Limited (Approx. 4 clinic days per year)
• Call Rotation: Standard weekday and weekend rotation required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient and inpatient urological services at the Lebanon VA facility.
• Perform advanced surgical procedures, including robotic-assisted cases.
• Collaborate with a multi-provider team to ensure continuity of care across outpatient and surgical settings.
• Provide expert consultation services to affiliated outpatient clinics.
• Work alongside a full support staff including RNs, LPNs, Surgical Techs, and Advanced Practice Providers.

Candidate Requirements

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted medical license (any U.S. State/Territory is accepted for this federal site).
• Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Education: Completion of an accredited Urology residency or fellowship.
• Robotics: Formal training and credentialing in laparoscopic/robotic systems with demonstrated procedural competency.
• Certifications: Active DEA and BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Practice Environment & Volume

• Clinical Support: Integrated EMR with full nursing and surgical tech support.
• Clinic Volume: ~12–16 patients per provider, per day.
• Surgical Volume: Up to 10 cases per day (growing program with high robotic volume).
• Specialties: Increasing demand for both general and female urology services.
